What did you like studying in science and why? What I liked to study in science was the Earth Science Power Point. I liked to study about the Earth Science Power Point, because we got to learn about Plate Tectonics, Rocks, Minerals, Earthquakes, and Volcanoes. My favorite part of learning about the Earth Science Power Point was the Plate Tectonic part, because I thought that there once was a large land form called PANGEA where all continents were connected and the after billions and billions of years the continents moved and broke apart, another thing that interested me was the lithosphere, inner and outer core, the mantle, and the crust. Describe some of the things you learned in class? Some things that I learned during science class were Energy resources, plants, environments, mirrors, and Biomes. We learned that coal, natural gases, wind, geothermal, nuclear, biomass, and much more that can power and work just like electricity. We also learned about environments and how they adapted and started habitats. We also learned about mirrors and biomes. Describe how you can apply some of things learned to the real world? I can apply what I learned from Energy Resources to be aware how we can use other things to power objects instead of electricity. I can also apply what I learned from mirrors to be aware of how they work. I can also apply what I learned from environments to study different types of animals in their habitat. Ross Almeida
